Biography
Mr. Stoddard has practiced law in Southern Nevada since 1976, with a strong emphasis on business, corporate and real estate law, including litigation and transactions. He regularly litigates matters in State and Federal Courts and also handles private mediations and arbitrations.
Mr. Stoddard handles business transactions of various types, including stock and asset-based business sales and acquisitions, real estate and lease matters (including work-outs) and secured financing. His clients range from startups to major international businesses. He also regularly handles licensing and entitlement issues before local and federal government agencies.
Mr. Stoddard represents clients in a range of industries, including health care, mining, construction, finance, insurance, retail and hospitality.
Mr. Stoddard enjoys the highest A-V rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which rating evidences his preeminence in the legal profession.
Mr. Stoddard is also actively engaged in various community and charitable activities, including the Boy Scouts of America.
