Litigation Counsel of America Fellowship Awarded to Mark Albright
September 14, 2012
Mark Albright, a senior partner in Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, has been selected for fellowship into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Mark was selected and invited into fellowship after being evaluated on his effectiveness and accomplishments in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation, by the LCA.
Mark practices in the areas of business disputes, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, products liability, business torts, contract disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and personal injury. He is the co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Las Vegas office.
The honorary society’s purpose is to provide experienced and highly qualified lawyers an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice and additional sources for professional development.
Mark recently returned to the firm after a brief hiatus in Washington DC where he presided over a large church affiliated non-profit organization with some 500 full-time volunteers.
