Bonnie Boyce
Biography:
Bonnie Jean Boyce has practiced bankruptcy law, representing debtors, trustees and creditors in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1986. She was the principal in a solo law practice in Las Vegas from 1991 through 2007. She is licensed to practice law in the States of Nevada and Utah.
Mrs. Boyce has lectured student, community, academic and religious organizations with respect to financial responsibility and has served as an adjunct instructor of Bankruptcy Law in the Legal Assistant Program at Community College of Southern Nevada. In 1990, Mrs. Boyce served as in-house counsel to the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for Southern Nevada, at which time she drafted the first set of Chapter 13 local rules and form Chapter 13 plan for the District of Nevada, Las Vegas Division.
Bonnie Boyce also handles Chapter 11 Bankruptcy issues, on behalf of both creditors and debtors
Representative clients include nearly all Panel Bankruptcy Trustees who have served in such capacity in the Las Vegas, Nevada area since 1986.
Mrs. Boyce attended J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, from which she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1982. This followed a five-year career in the broadcast news industry in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mrs. Boyce is married and has two children.
