Biography:
Michelle Anderton has represented plaintiffs in many areas of law, particularly with
PERSONAL INJURY, to include automobile accidents, pedestrian-auto accidents, public transport accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, fallen objects, dog bites, product liability, premise liability, wrongful death, etc. She confronts negligence and injustice from insurance carriers, hospitals, medical professionals, corporations, and other entities head on; fights as a tough advocate for her clients issues; and obtains results, fairly and ethically, in order to provide relief and satisfaction to her clients. She has represented clients in a variety of forums, including mediations, arbitrations, State District Court hearings, and both jury and bench trials.
