Biography:
Ms. Muckleroy focuses her practice on Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial and Business Litigation.
Ms. Muckleroy received a B.A. in Political Science from Sonoma State University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in the top third of her class.
While at Boyd, Ms. Muckleroy served as the Managing Editor for the Nevada Law Journal, worked as a research assistant for Professor Jeffery Stempel, assisting in the publication of “Principles of Insurance Law, Third Edition,” an insurance law text book, and received CALI Awards in Civil Procedure I, Health Care Liability & Quality Regulation, and Insurance Law. She also assisted in drafting an insurance treatise “The Law of Insurance Contract Disputes.” Prior to joining Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, Ms. Muckleroy worked in the area of insurance defense, handling commercial litigation and construction defect matters. Ms. Muckleroy is a member of the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.
Ms. Muckleroy is an active member of her church, loves to cook and is an avid traveler with her husband, Martin.
