Verdicts

Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright congratulates its partner, D. Chris Albright, and its of counsel, Gary G. Branton, for recently obtaining a $1.15 million jury verdict on behalf of the firm's client, SSI Strickland, Inc., in Clark County District Court Case No. A502185, which involved wrongful interference with the release of rented construction equipment. The case established important principles with respect to the proper measure of damages in such a suit, and represented the culmination of many years of litigation engaged in by their client, both in the present action, and in a prior related lawsuit.
